Wedding in the Caribbean on the island of Dominica

Occasionally weddings are very small affairs. This image was made at the ceremony of Carrie and Aaron down on the Caribbean island of Dominica. It was just them, me, and the one person on the island who is licensed to marry people. Dominica is an incredible place - no sandy beaches just miles of undeveloped jungle and rainforest complete with towering waterfalls, a natural boiling lake, and the most kind and generous people in the world. Side note: there are no poisonous bugs, snakes, spiders... nuthin'.. on the whole island. Makes jungle trekking [especially when you're carrying a wedding dress and 80lbs. of photo gear] a whole lot easier.
